Frequently asked questions
Can you tell me where the backup-battery is?

The backup-battery type VL-1220 is located behind the keyboard.
What can be done against weak audio?

Question: My STANDARD C-412 has very low volume-output. How can I fix that?
Yes. A 100µF-capacitor causes this trouble. In schematic it is labeled as CA24. If you change this cap you can solve the problem of low audio. But is it quite difficult to replace this part. It will help you if you take out the 1µF-cap first.
