In 1997 the STANDARD C-710 was introduced to the HAM-market in the German ham-magazine "Funkamateur", edition 12 / 1997. STANDARD has called the C-710 as "Tri'turbo" because it is able to transmit on 2m, 70cm and on 23cm (tri-band radio).
At this time CPUs got more and more powerful so the C-710 has a lot of software-features and sub-menues. It is one of the last portable that STANDARD has manufactured for HAMRADIO.

I am also searching for a service manual for Standard C510, the ones that I found on the web are not useful because they are poor quality.
I bought one C510 from internet but unfortunately due to some old batteries that had leakage inside the unit some of the circuits from the keyboard PCB are now broken.
Without a visible PCB drawing in the service manual is difficult to repair the broken traces due to the fact that the bord is multi layer.
